Truth from Arkansas! Sunday sermon series, #57

It’s Two-fer-Tuesday, my friends, which means two new sermons from the brethren down in Arkansas.

First, we have Pastor Roger Copeland of Northern Hills Baptist Church in Texarkana, preaching from Genesis 40:14-15, 23 on “The Pain of Loneliness.”

Next, we have Pastor Cody Andrews of Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Star City preaching from Matthew 8:5-13 on “We Have a Problem.”

Both of these sermons were delivered on Sunday, October 25th.

    1. 👋🏻
Thanks! Hope your day’s off to a good start. I’m on couch duty after 9 tarps today. Yup, I know I sound like a broken record. We currently have 79F in ROC, hotter than LA!

      1. Wow 9 tarp is that your highest record for one day this season? It’s been cold for me too cold here in LA lol. Just got a hair cut and I imagine later I’m going to freeze a little more since I’m so use to sunny November in shorts and shirt and sandals lol

      2. Yup, 9 tarps is the high for this year. Looks like there’s another 9 tarps-worth on the ground right now from what I can make out in the pre-dawn darkness. But it’s currently raining with rain predicted for most of the entire day so I may get a break from yard work today. The week of warm, sunny weather really hastened the leaves dying and falling from the tress. I’ll be super busy again tomorrow. Yeah, I was surprised to see LA’s “low” temps yesterday.

      1. Yup! 17! They need to put me on the cover of AARP Monthly. Almost all the remaining leaves came down because of the unusual weather we’ve been having and I was up for the challenge! Loaded up on a sticky bun and another cup of coffee and put the pedal to the metal.
